Over the past ten years, liquid chemical manufacturing and powder blending have been areas of dynamic growth within our business. As a result, we have now commissioned a new ‘third generation’ chemical manufacturing facility at our Kent site.
This latest major investment not only provides us with new up-rated plant and equipment but significantly increases our capacity. By using both stainless steel and GRP plant, Monarch can produce batch sizes of virtually any chemical formulation - including flammable solvents - in a safe and controlled manner.
Coupled with stringent quality assurance and control throughout each step of the process, this new development has further enhanced our ability to ensure customers' chemical formulations are matched first time, every time. Both simple and complex custom chemical blends can be produced for customers (see our chemical product range), and with confidentiality agreements in place where required, customers can be sure of a discreet, high-quality service at all times.
In addition to our extensive blending and liquid chemical production facilities, we are also able to offer a full range of powder blending options. These include toll contract chemical blending, powder blending, contract chemical packing and re-packing and more. We have the additional capability to add liquid products to a powder through our spray-bar facility and powders can also be packed in a range of sizes from 1kg to 1000kg ‘big bags’.
