Manufacturing Overview

Monarch Chemical's blending facilities include a number of vessels suitable for mixing a range of industrial chemical products.

Liquid Chemical Blending Vessels:

• 1 x 16,000 lts stainless steel (*)
• 1 x 14,000 lts GRP (glass re-enforced plastic)
• 1 x 5,000 lts stainless steel (*)
• 1 x 4,000 lts GRP (glass re-enforced plastic)
• 1 x 3,000 lts stainless steel
• 1 x 2,000 lts stainless steel (glycol cooled)
• 1 x 1,800 lts stainless steel
• 3 x 1,000 lts multi-purpose overhead mixer
• 1 x 200lts stainless steel (trial batch)
• 1 x In-line Silverson 600LS High-sheer mixer for dispersions

Those marked (*) have heating facilities up to 60ºc. We also have full dust and fume extraction in place.

Chemical Powder Blending Vessels:

• 1 x 1,000lts ribbon powder blender

Chemical Re-packing Options:

We offer a number of chemical re-packing options from 5 litre containers to full bulk road tankers, for both liquids and powders.

Lead-Times:

We offer a standard 10 day lead time with full stock-holding and distribution to end the user.
